Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Execute the Return to Service process and approve aircraft for return to service as authorized
• Inspect aircraft maintenance and in-process repairs performed by technicians to verify corrective actions
• Inspect all new, repaired, and rebuilt parts for physical damage, count, and conformity
• Ensure all work packages, maintenance records, and specialized customer forms are documented accurately
• Research aircraft drawings and technical data such as REO, EO, and DCN
• Perform walk-around inspections of aircraft prior to maintenance release
• Secure and inventory all associated aircraft documentation upon arrival

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience
• 1 year of corporate or commercial jet experience
• Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and maintenance manuals
• Fluency in reading, writing, and understanding the English language
