Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Follow Quality Control Inspection Plans using defined inspection and sampling methods
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on various medical technology products
• Report non-conformities to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and follow up on corrective actions
• Determine product acceptance and generate accurate inspection reports
• Record inspection results according to product, process, or statistical requirements
• Identify and report external area conditions that require intervention
• Organize and manage quality records and data entry
• Supervise and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Secundaria Terminada)
• At least 6 months of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of AQL sampling plans
• Familiarity with quality control tools such as optical comparators, tensile testers, Microvu systems, spring testers, and calipers
