Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and final inspections for materials, parts, products, and services
• Read drawings and work instructions to ensure quality expectations are met
• Conduct periodic internal and external quality audits
• Monitor equipment and tooling usage and calibration status
• Interface with stakeholders to protect customer requirements and specifications
• Provide Certificates of Conformity, Return to Service, and other regulatory approvals
• Establish Discrepant Material Reports (DMR) and process Product Nonconformity Reports (PNR)
• Assist in collecting data for quality metrics and trend analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance or repair experience
• Minimum 3 years of inspection experience
• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to travel up to 20%
