Quality Inspection Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality inspection department for the A320 sector, leading a team of 60 inspectors across multiple product lines
• Ensure product compliance by overseeing inspections according to established checklists and schedules
• Manage non-conformities, including writing quality notices, implementing security measures, and managing quarantine processes
• Guarantee product release by compiling and approving quality delivery dossiers
• Drive internal quality progress plans, specifically deploying "Right First Time" methodologies
• Oversee the qualification of personnel and ensure the validity of production tools and means
• Prepare for audits and lead action plans to ensure continuous improvement and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in an industrial environment
• Proven managerial skills with experience leading large teams
• Strong expertise in quality assurance or production management
• Solid industrial technical knowledge relevant to aerospace or complex manufacturing
• Fluency in English
• High level of rigor, reactivity, and leadership skills
