Quality Field Technical Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Audit and qualify co-packers, suppliers, and distributors to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Provide technical support to co-packers to troubleshoot and optimize production processes
• Collaborate with Technical and Quality teams to establish comprehensive packaging standards
• Conduct audits of co-packers and distribution warehouses to verify compliance with Quality Guidelines
• Validate sanitation equipment functionality and evaluate SSOP and COP practices
• Perform quality assessments of production and processing equipment against OEM specifications
• Manage investigations and site follow-ups for critical complaints or audit findings
• Oversee innovation trials and commercial production processes at new or existing sites
• Prepare detailed audit reports and provide data analysis for process improvement

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in beverage manufacturing (quality control, technical support, or production)
• Proven experience auditing facilities, co-packers, or suppliers for food safety compliance
• Hands-on experience with beverage formulation and managing product trials
• Strong background in food safety regulations (FDA, HACCP, SQF, GMP) and sanitation standards
• Experience with quality lab equipment (HPLC, Refractometer, TA, PH meters, CO2 meters, Seam/Torque testing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
• Ability to travel 50-75% domestically

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with cold-fill beverage production, tunnel pasteurization, water treatment, or brewing
