Quality Failure Analysis Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate analysis technicians to support production schedules while ensuring strict adherence to safety and product quality requirements.
• Supervise staff in production analysis areas, organizing workflows and monitoring standards to meet delivery and quality metrics.
• Manage personnel scheduling, task assignment, and priority setting to ensure the fulfillment of the production plan.
• Oversee key analysis standards including Early Warning systems, scrap reporting, and selective test execution per the Control Plan.
• Define and manage competency development curricula and training needs for analysis technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, productivity, and turnover using the Bosch Production System.
• Administer SAP modules (P72 and P59) for production and personnel management, including performance evaluations and development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in people administration and leadership.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone, 5Why, and 6Sigma.
• Strong data analytics skills and the ability to interpret Tableau Dashboards.
• Experience with product and process management.
• Excellent moderation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
• Knowledge of ergonomics and customer requirements.
• Ability to use inductive and deductive reasoning to resolve complex issues.
