Quality Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Manage product certifications, including JIS, EUCEB, and KORONA, and interact with external certifying bodies for surveillance audits.
• Lead and manage internal and external audits, including NABL and JIS, and facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Handle customer complaints and ensure the resolution of Customer Complaint Forms (CCF) according to established protocols.
• Manage laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, consumable availability, and cost reduction initiatives for testing.
• Train and upskill quality team members and conduct competency evaluations.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and compliance records, ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

Requirements

• BSc. or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience within a manufacturing organization.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proven experience conducting and managing NABL and JIS audits.
• Ability to manage technical documentation, including Material Test Certificates (MTC) and Certificates of Conformance (COC).
