Quality Executive

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain dispense equipment at the point of purchase to ensure Great Looking Great Tasting (GLGT) beer
• Deliver the beer and draught product quality agenda across the assigned territory
• Upskill team members and outlet staff in beer quality and brand standards
• Drive brand visibility and availability through physical and social media activation
• Support regional and national events and assist with territory coverage as needed
• Deliver the company's quality accreditation program

Requirements

• Established experience in beer quality or technical dispense
• Knowledge of the On Trade sector
• Full, clean driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Valid right to work in the UK
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for the Diageo beer portfolio
• Confidence in delivering training to outlet staff to improve brand standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a city team to drive performance
