About the role
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain dispense equipment at the point of purchase to ensure high-quality beer and draught product standards
- Act as a brand ambassador, specifically for Guinness, to drive quality, visibility, and distribution in every outlet
- Manage a planned call structure, including proactive service and breakdown work, to meet service level agreements
- Influence the On Trade sector by selling the benefits of premium quality to customers
- Provide outlet staff training to ensure brand standards are consistently met
- Manage administrative tasks, including equipment ordering, van stock levels, and data entry via iPad-based systems
Requirements
- Experience in the On Trade sector or a customer-facing role in a manual, technical, or sales environment
- Technical experience with beer quality or dispense equipment is highly desired
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage a varied workload and territory
- Proficiency with iPad-based systems for data input and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role while maintaining high executional standards
