Quality Engineering Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify in-process material to ensure compliance with Figure AI drawings and specifications
• Manage nonconforming material through the MRB process, including identification, disposition, tracking, and reporting
• Lead containment activities for production quality issues and conduct root cause investigations for scrap material
• Coordinate calibration activities for go/no-go gauges and other essential quality tools
• Provide data input and output reports to support quality improvement initiatives
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) processes and provide mechanical measurement support for production parts

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Proficiency using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and bore gauges
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 or TS16949 standards
