Quality Engineering Staff

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reduce customer defects related to appearance, performance, parts, and user experience
• Monitor defect trends using graphical data and provide weekly reports
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying, defining, measuring, and analyzing problems to implement effective countermeasures
• Manage quality through index rate control and systematic problem-solving processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing and Defect Analysis (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in 2D & 3D design software such as Unigraphics NX, Solid Works, or Inventor
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel overseas as required for service
• Ability to work onsite in Legok, Tangerang and join the team immediately

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or skills in injection molding
