Quality Engineering & Control Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end quality control standards including Incoming (IQC), Process (PQC), and Outgoing (OQC) quality rules
• Oversee Engineering Change Notices (ECN) to ensure correct implementation of product technology updates
• Perform defect analysis on "Worst Defects" and implement PPM (Parts Per Million) management to reduce failure rates
• Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) defects and handle vendor claims through the GCSP system
• Provide technical consultation to KD (Knock-Down) partners regarding product technology and BOM creation
• Oversee server room security, material disposal, and scrap activities

Requirements

• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the electronics or mobile industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, or Systems Engineering preferred)
• Expert knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and upload processes
• Hands-on experience with RF-CAL troubleshooting and IMEI management
• Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy skills
