Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes and product quality to ensure compliance with specifications and automotive standards
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, risk analyses, audits, and rework records
• Interpret engineering drawings and measurement requirements, including GD&T
• Support engineering change management to ensure quality compliance
• Apply problem-solving, lean, and continuous improvement tools to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Provide guidance and training to manufacturing personnel on quality systems and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate issues and support team objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3–4 years of relevant experience (internships and co-ops included)
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, design principles, and GD&T
• Experience with engineering change management systems and product lifecycle processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
