Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the complaint management process, including failure documentation, GQRS reporting, and deadline monitoring.
• Plan and execute failure analysis for defect parts and prototypes.
• Coordinate the return of defect parts to suppliers to eliminate causes of nonconformities.
• Facilitate speedy problem-solving for customer returns and manage rework/repair at customer assembly lines.
• Execute product audits and track corrective actions with suppliers.
• Act as the primary interface between Yazaki and the customer regarding operational quality subjects.
• Support customers during the implementation of new products in the assembly process.
• Perform validation of prototypes and samples.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer within the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of automotive quality tools.
• Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 and OEM quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Fluent in both Turkish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
