Quality Engineer - Workshop

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing processes, verify measurements, and maintain control throughout production.
• Develop and maintain instructions, procedures, and governing documents for quality standards.
• Lead investigations to identify root causes of non-conformities and resolve internal deviations.
• Address customer claims with precision to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure proper measurement of equipment.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and customer audits.
• Utilize digital tools such as OPTO and D365 to secure accuracy across factory activities, from incoming goods to delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Proven experience in quality engineering.
• Experience within mechanical or process manufacturing environments.
• Strong root cause analysis skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluency in English and comfort working in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing certification.
• Experience with digital production and quality management systems.
