Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% conformity of all components delivered to the production site
• Contact suppliers immediately upon detection of non-conformity to implement containment actions within 24 hours
• Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Guarantee yearly validation of purchased components, including capability evidence and initial sample approval
• Initiate, analyze, report, and follow up on supplier incidents until full problem-solving closure
• Monitor supplier responsiveness and ensure problem-solving steps meet required deadlines
• Communicate daily with suppliers and internal production teams to ensure transparency
• Manage site-level key performance indicators, including yearly conformity, supplier reactivity, and chargeback follow-up

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in quality management, supplier quality, or industrial environments
• Fluent English proficiency
• EEA citizenship (EU, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland)
• Age between 18 and 28
• Strong communication skills and an international mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French
• Knowledge of quality standards and problem-solving methodologies
