Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production stop actions within the electronics production department
• Support Quality Management during the transfer of new project production from other TRUMPF group plants
• Support the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) department to improve electronics supplier quality
• Review new laminate and assembled board designs to eliminate potential quality issues and ensure compliance with IPC600/610 standards
• Collaborate with internal group customers regarding complaint handling
• Shape and oversee the implementation of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) policies

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Experience in quality management or quality control within the automotive, electronics, or aerospace industries
• Fluency in English for professional communication
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis
• High level of independence, creativity, and decision-making readiness

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German for professional communication
