Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve quality and continuous improvement processes to drive performance
• Act as the site IT administrator for various applications including Appsheet, Bluekango, AODOCS, and Intranet
• Serve as the SAP Key User for the site
• Provide strong support to site services and cross-functional teams
• Propose and implement new digital tools and technologies
• Support customers by addressing inquiries, complaints, and specific needs

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in the chemical or food industry
• Background as a generalist engineer, quality engineer, or continuous improvement engineer
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, 5S, and AMDEC
• Strong digital tool proficiency and interest in new technologies
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams
• High level of rigor, adaptability, and initiative
