Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update quality control procedures and documentation including PPAP, Control Plans, and FMEA
• Execute inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to identify and document defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Analyze quality data to identify improvement areas and define strategies to reduce defects
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Manage non-conforming materials and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
• Supervise and support quality control personnel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, including PPAP and Control Plans
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation
• ISO auditor training with experience conducting internal audits
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
