Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and conformance related customer complaints using analytical problem-solving methodologies to drive corrective actions.
• Own and monitor Complaint Management KPIs to ensure visibility and continuous improvement.
• Lead complaint reduction initiatives and oversee product and process containment activities.
• Lead and coach Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ) projects to reduce waste and achieve defined targets.
• Drive Quality Management System (QMS) governance to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
• Facilitate training programs for factory teams to strengthen quality competencies.
• Develop and maintain digital dashboards for real-time monitoring of quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 3-10 years of industrial experience.
• Proven experience working with OEM and Tier 1 customers.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with bearings is a plus.
