Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise production based on quality plans, work instructions, and maintenance schedules
• Manage non-conformities, document deviations, and coordinate decision-making and scrap processes
• Prepare reports on quality KPIs
• Identify manufacturing areas for quality improvement and collaborate with other departments
• Perform root cause analysis (8D) for quality complaints and propose long-term corrective actions
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits
• Create and update quality instructions and training materials
• Support qualification processes through data collection, analysis, and documentation
• Adhere to quality management, occupational safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within quality management
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to travel to Germany occasionally (maximum 1 week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in Quality Management
• Knowledge of the German language
