About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Quality area within the inspection team
  • Ensure quality control on-site, guaranteeing compliance of processes, materials, and execution
  • Implement and manage the on-site quality management system (procedures, records, and indicators)
  • Prepare technical documentation including control plans, non-conformity reports, and corrective/preventive actions
  • Provide technical support to teams regarding quality requirements
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Promote a quality culture among operational teams
  • Participate in meetings with various stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager
  • Mandatory training in ISO 9001
  • Solid knowledge of technical standards and sector regulations
  • Knowledge of quality management best practices in the construction sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Knowledge of construction management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
