About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality area within the inspection team
- Ensure quality control on-site, guaranteeing compliance of processes, materials, and execution
- Implement and manage the on-site quality management system (procedures, records, and indicators)
- Prepare technical documentation including control plans, non-conformity reports, and corrective/preventive actions
- Provide technical support to teams regarding quality requirements
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Promote a quality culture among operational teams
- Participate in meetings with various stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager
- Mandatory training in ISO 9001
- Solid knowledge of technical standards and sector regulations
- Knowledge of quality management best practices in the construction sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Knowledge of construction management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
