Quality Engineer (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks like Playwright for SaaS applications
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web-based SaaS platforms
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for enterprise and government SaaS applications
• Conduct end-to-end testing of SaaS integrations and validate functionality across environments
• Perform performance testing to identify bottlenecks and monitor application behavior under load
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to infrastructure as code solutions
• Participate in test planning including security testing, penetration testing, and compliance verification
• Execute manual tests to supplement automated testing efforts

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS-based application testing
• Proven experience in test automation development for enterprise or government solutions
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Playwright, Katalon, Selenium, or JUnit
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD and cloud platforms like AWS
• Understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce platform architecture
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
• Experience with DevOps principles and Agile methodologies
