Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Tackle day-to-day production issues with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Lead the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) process and identify opportunities for improvement
• Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis to find the source of problems
• Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate across departments to drive continuous quality and process enhancements
• Participate in internal and customer audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and engineering specifications

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Quality Engineering role or a related discipline such as Process Engineering, Lean, or Continuous Improvement
• Strong improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to travel internationally for training purposes
• Personable, customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical or mechatronic engineering
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as PPAP, 8D, APQP, and SPC
• Experience with auditing processes
• Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a modern production environment
