About the role
Responsibilities
- Management of internal and customer complaints on the production line
- Defect management and scrap analysis
- Updating and creating specific quality management documents
- Issuing quality alerts
- Training personnel regarding internal and customer quality issues
- Monthly reporting of defined KPIs
Requirements
- Higher technical studies
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality, preferably in the automotive sector
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and 8D
- Advanced English and/or German language skills
- Proficiency in PC operation
- Knowledge of quality and environmental management
Preferred Qualifications
- Internal auditor certification
