Quality Engineer, Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the non-conformance management process, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable corrective actions
• Lead the handling of customer concerns and complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures
• Analyze, evaluate, and visualize quality performance indicators such as First Pass Yield to drive measurable improvements
• Act as a trusted advisor to production teams on all quality-related matters and coordinate the resolution of production issues
• Serve as a key interface between Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders
• Support cross-functional projects and contribute to the strategic development of inspection and quality assurance processes
• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and support the Quality Manager in evaluating the management system

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience and training in Quality Management and quality-related methodologies
• Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within quality functions
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Fluent German and English language skills are essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
