About the role
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced analysis tools including AMEF, SPC, and MSA to ensure product quality
- Manage and lead personnel within the quality department
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports for management review
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the production environment
Requirements
- Completed Engineering degree (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred)
- Minimum TOEIC score of 500 points
- Proficiency in AMEF, SPC, and MSA methodologies
- Experience in personnel management
- Availability to work rotating shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the automotive industry
