About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical quality support to all departments to ensure components and materials meet required standards.
  • Conduct audits, including supplier, production, and process audits, in accordance with ISO9001-2015.
  • Manage the calibration process and database for measuring, assembly, and testing equipment.
  • Participate in developing internal and supplier processes and implement quality control plans.
  • Manage PPAP submissions and perform root cause analysis to drive corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Support the deployment of Quality Management System (QMS) policies.
  • Travel occasionally to supplier locations as required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in engineering, quality, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in Supplier Management or Quality.
  • Detailed knowledge of ISO9001 standards.
  • Experience with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Knowledge of measuring equipment and technical measurement techniques.
  • Ability to use logical problem-solving and lean techniques in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Associate’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of applicable experience.
  • Proven track record working within a manufacturing tier 1 supplier organization.
