About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop test methodology for SSD systems, reliability, and performance
- Provide qualification support for data center SSDs
- Analyze internal and external customer requirements to develop qualification plans
- Implement new test software releases, methodologies, and tools to facilitate qualification and test execution
- Perform electrical and mechanical failure analysis to identify root causes and corrective actions
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Product Reliability methodology for new and existing systems
- Review system product architecture to ensure alignment with quality and reliability specifications
- Analyze system and component reliability data for process feasibility and risk assessments
- Coordinate with research and development teams to resolve technical challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with high-speed communication protocols such as PCIe, NVMe, I²C, UART, or SPI
- Proficiency using diagnostic tools including protocol analyzers, network analyzers, or oscilloscopes
- Experience with electrical system debugging using industry-standard Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)
- Strong data analysis and scripting skills using Python, MATLAB, JMP, or R
- Expertise in automation and reliability engineering, including statistical data processing and reliability modeling
