Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality and improvement work in production
• Plan and execute FMEA and establish control plans
• Ensure product quality and take responsibility for quality-related processes
• Perform root cause analysis for deviations and implement corrective actions
• Participate in internal and external quality audits
• Work with standards and methods such as ISO 9001 and 8D

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in quality
• Minimum two years of experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive
• Experience with quality management systems and standards such as ISO and AQAP
• Knowledge of tools and methods such as FMEA, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
