Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure products, processes, and projects meet quality requirements through analysis, risk assessment, and quality management throughout the value chain
• Drive quality improvements by identifying deviations, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing effective actions using methods such as 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis
• Develop and follow up on working methods, quality goals, and KPIs while contributing to increased digitalization and information management
• Collaborate with development, production, management, and suppliers to strengthen quality culture and manage risks

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, production engineering, or a relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in quality work within manufacturing industry
• Experience in quality management, process development, and continuous improvement (Lean/Agile preferred)
• Experience with risk and requirement analysis in projects, production, or supplier management
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, or IATF 16949
• Technical competence in quality tools like 8D, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English
• Ability to undergo security clearance for defense-related assignments
