Responsibilities
- Generate quality and continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency
- Develop, maintain, and improve quality standards and testing systems
- Investigate, document, and resolve production and quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Serve as an APQP team member supporting Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and SPC
- Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure conformity and compliance
- Develop and update First Article Inspections (FAIs) and associated documentation
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to evaluate and improve product quality
- Document inspection results, findings, and nonconformances accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 5 years of related experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment preferred
- Working knowledge of quality tools including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Knowledge of statistical process control and inspection methods
