Responsibilities

• Generate quality and continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality standards and testing systems
• Investigate, document, and resolve production and quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Serve as an APQP team member supporting Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and SPC
• Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure conformity and compliance
• Develop and update First Article Inspections (FAIs) and associated documentation
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to evaluate and improve product quality
• Document inspection results, findings, and nonconformances accurately

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 5 years of related experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment preferred
• Working knowledge of quality tools including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Knowledge of statistical process control and inspection methods
