About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze defects to determine dispositions of non-conformances and drive management of Quality Notifications (QN)
  • Implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Conduct impact assessments for Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) in relation to design changes
  • Support manufacturing process development, design transfer, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
  • Monitor operations performance, risk assessment, and reporting to drive continuous improvement
  • Apply advanced statistical analysis techniques to interpret complex data trends and resolve high-complexity requests
  • Coordinate quality engineering and assurance tasks to maintain manufacturing quality systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science, or equivalent vocational education
  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Strong technical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality, Data Analysis, and Manufacturing Processes
  • Ability to perform complex statistical analysis to resolve technical requests
