Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare project startups based on specific customer quality requirements
• Manage product qualifications and PPAP processes
• Monitor quality metrics and report results to stakeholders
• Establish quality control checkpoints and methods for product inspection and testing
• Monitor internal and external actions resulting from customer complaints or internal issues
• Implement containment, corrective, and continuous improvement actions

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Knowledge of quality tools including 8Ds, 5 Whys, and Pareto diagrams
• Proficiency with FMEA and Control Plans
• Experience with measuring instruments and functional concepts
• Strong ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
