About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare for project startups based on specific customer quality requirements
- Manage product qualifications and PPAP processes
- Monitor quality metrics and report results to stakeholders
- Establish quality control checkpoints and methods for product inspection and testing
- Monitor internal and external actions resulting from customer complaints or internal issues
- Implement containment, corrective, and continuous improvement actions
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a similar field
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency with quality tools such as 8Ds, 5 Whys, and Pareto diagrams
- Strong knowledge of FMEA and Control Plans
- Experience with measuring instruments and functional concepts
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
