About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Quality Surveillance plans, programs, and tools to manage quality across various project stages
- Interface and coordinate work activities between Quality and other Project disciplines
- Conduct oversight of Contractors’ implementation of their Quality programs and compliance with project requirements
- Perform Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Quality Surveillance of activities
- Manage resolution of quality issues utilizing approved deficiency reporting and tracking procedures
- Develop, monitor, and report metrics to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues
- Participate in project audit programs and technical supplier evaluations
- Conduct project-specific Quality training and facilitate workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university with a CGPA of 6.0 or above
- At least 7 years of experience in Quality Management and coordination of quality surveillance/inspection activities
- Proven experience within the Oil and Gas industry
- Proficiency in common PC software
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification or certification in auditing and inspection disciplines
- Experience auditing quality management systems
- Experience with Contractors and Suppliers of materials, equipment, and fabrications for production facilities
- Experience with project mechanical completions processes and documentation for operations turnover
