Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve product and process quality at the Landskrona Plant
• Focus on production problem solving to reduce scrap and re-braze rates
• Lead and perform claim investigations, from containment actions to final reports
• Follow up on customer-reported actions to ensure timing and effectiveness
• Conduct training for production employees on common quality tools
• Collaborate with the Engineering organization on FMEA and Control Plans
• Act as the quality representative during third-party and customer audits
• Participate in new product development projects as a quality representative
• Collect and analyze quality data to lead continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field (M.Sc. in engineering or comparable)
• 5+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with FMEA, Control Plans, and 6-Sigma or advanced problem-solving tools
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
• Fluency in both English and Swedish (written and spoken)
• Strong ability to structure, analyze, and solve problems systematically
