Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conceive, create, and implement training measures and specialized projects within the department
• Capture, model, and analyze business processes and documentation
• Manage document and process approvals, ensuring compliance with normative and aviation law requirements
• Advise and support internal departments regarding regulatory compliance and plan process workshops
• Plan and conduct internal audits according to established guidelines

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in Quality Management and Project Management
• Certified Auditor qualification
• Proficiency in MS Office and programming skills in SQL and VBA
• Fluent English skills; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Hungarian are a plus
• Strong organizational, moderation, and teamwork skills
