About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor and visualize quality metrics, trends, and performance across product lines
- Analyze quality data to identify patterns, root causes of non-conformances, and areas for improvement using data science tools
- Facilitate process reviews to support shop capability and cost analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean to enhance operational performance
- Evaluate procedures and processes to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and company quality requirements
- Automate data collection, cleaning, and reporting processes to support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field with 2+ years of manufacturing experience (or Master's degree with 1+ year of experience)
- Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and Solumina for data tracking and visualization
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling, and machine learning applications
- Proficiency in data science tools such as Python, R, or SQL
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards and quality engineering principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data to stakeholders
