Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and digitize the quality management system in accordance with applicable standards
• Analyze quality and process data to identify areas for continuous improvement
• Initiate, lead, and monitor corrective and preventive actions using root cause analysis methods
• Make decisions regarding non-conforming products based on established procedures and specifications
• Coordinate the customer complaint process
• Actively participate in projects for the implementation of new products and processes
• Utilize statistical tools (SPC, quality dashboards) to monitor process stability and capability
• Lead projects and manage project teams

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in both English and Polish
• Practical knowledge of problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
• Proficiency in quality and statistical tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA)
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel (Minitab, Power BI, or similar tools are a plus)
• Proven experience in project management and analytical thinking
