Responsibilities

• Implement quality management systems and lead EN9100 certification
• Support industrialization for various segments including wings, empennage, fuselage, and doors
• Provide product and process support for production and final aircraft assembly
• Create documentation, process records, and changes according to quality policy
• Define non-conformity management systems
• Qualify national and international suppliers and special processes
• Elaborate technical procedures translating engineering requirements for all teams
• Manage certification processes with competent authorities
• Perform risk analyses, internal audits, and supplier audits
• Execute First Article Inspection (FAI), test configuration verifications, and control plans

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechatronics, Aeronautics, or similar
• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in an Aerospace OEM or Tier-1 supplier
• Mandatory knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Pareto, Histograms, 8D, Cause-Effect Diagram)
• Mandatory knowledge of ISO 9001/EN 9100 standards
• Mandatory experience in APQP
• Advanced proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GD&T
• Knowledge of EASA Part-21
• Proficiency in SAP / ERP
• Mastery of Catia, Enovia VPM, and Delmia
