Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality management systems (QMS) for product and process quality
• Ensure and validate compliance with industry standards and product homologation
• Manage and audit Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) and environmental systems
• Perform risk assessments and manage quality issue databases
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement structured problem-solving techniques
• Write and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation standards

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
• 5–10 years of experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or a closely related role
• Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and write quality procedures
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Aerospace industry
• Proficiency with SAP or other QMS software
• Experience with supplier management for quality defects
• Ability to handle data analysis and data dispatch
