Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary stakeholder and main point of contact for all escalated product quality issues
• Gather, study, and interpret performance and failure data to investigate quality issues and identify root causes
• Establish preventive quality measures including design guidelines, validation plans, and process controls
• Prioritize and triage incoming quality issues based on criticality and business impact
• Act as a bridge between R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing teams
• Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base of failure modes and best practices
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding the status of quality investigations

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar technical role
• Experience within hardware and electronics industries
• Strong ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor manufacturing experience
