About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automated test strategies for native mobile applications (iOS & Android), web platforms, and APIs.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Appium, or Selenium.
- Build and execute API test automation to validate RESTful services, including authentication and data validation.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
- Conduct accessibility testing using tools such as VoiceOver, TalkBack, and WCAG compliance checkers.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance test case generation and visual validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and resolve defects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on test automation for mobile, web, and APIs.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright, Appium, or Selenium.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java for test automation.
- Strong experience in API automation using tools like Postman and Charles Proxy.
- Experience with Xcode, Android Studio, and mobile debugging tools.
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG 2.0/2.1).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and test management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
