Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality requirements are implemented on the ground
• Guarantee product and process compliance and implement improvement tools
• Validate new products/processes and secure mass production (monitoring plans, controls, etc.)
• Supervise alerts and non-conformities in coordination with client quality and production teams
• Analyze quality performance, produce reporting, and propose corrective action plans
• Intervene periodically to secure quality throughout the supply chain

Requirements

• Master's degree or Engineering degree specializing in quality or industrial engineering
• Initial experience in industry (aerospace or defense preferred)
• Proficiency in quality tools (AMDEC, 8D, Ishikawa)
• Rigor, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills
