Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and take responsibility for quality assurance activities and methods
• Continuously monitor the quality status and initiate quality assurance measures when necessary
• Drive root cause analyses and corrective actions
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of reviews and decision forums
• Contribute to broadening the department's collective competence
• Coordinate, recommend, and plan quality assurance activities in production or assigned projects
• Drive improvement measures to continuously enhance product quality and work processes

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Civilingenjör or Högskoleingenjör) or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Swedish citizenship is required
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or EN9100
• Knowledge of 8D, Six Sigma, RCA, or FMEA
• Experience with APQP/PPAP
• Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-640
• Experience with FAI (First Article Inspection) according to EN9102
