Quality, EHS & Operations Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Quality, Safety, Environment, and Energy KPIs to provide visibility on operational risks and performance trends.
• Establish, implement, and maintain integrated management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Drive the deployment of the SKF Production System (SPS) using methodologies such as Lean, TPM, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate issue recurrence.
• Deliver training and coaching to build organizational competency in Six Sigma, standard work, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and sales to align QEHS and SPS initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5-7 years of professional experience with a focus on Quality, EHS, and Operations Management.
• Proven experience implementing TPM, Lean, or 5S methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and handle ambiguity.
