Quality Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support quality compliance by ensuring raw material documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Manage supplier documentation by coordinating requests, receipts, and follow-ups
• Ensure document accuracy by reviewing supplier documents against master data and specifications
• Maintain data integrity by recording and monitoring document status within databases or ERP systems
• Control document archiving to ensure traceability and long-term accessibility
• Support regulatory readiness for audits, certifications, and inspections
• Enable cross-functional collaboration by providing reliable documentation to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in quality documentation, quality assurance, or regulatory roles
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Professional fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
• Willingness to follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety rules

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data management systems, document control, and archiving processes
• Basic understanding of quality and regulatory concepts related to raw materials in the food, flavor, or pharmaceutical industries
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and ISO 17025
