Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality tools, processes, and systems for manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all quality functions to optimize resources
• Manage customer-facing quality programs and aftermarket service to ensure timely issue resolution
• Oversee product quality for current and future production lines during production ramp-up
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and collaborate with procurement teams
• Partner with manufacturing teams to uphold high standards during production scale-up
• Deploy quality inspectors based on production line requirements
• Monitor and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality management
• Proven track record in production ramp-up and quality systems development
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certifications such as Six Sigma or ASQ CQE
• Experience in EV battery or automotive manufacturing
• Familiarity with supplier quality management and global supply chains
