Quality Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage all quality-related topics from RFQ to SOP for automotive projects in Europe
• Serve as the key quality reference point within the core project team
• Oversee the qualification and design of products and processes for serial production
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality matters
• Ensure project quality deliverables remain within budget and on schedule
• Manage APQP processes and resolve claims issues, including customer negotiations

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Material, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the automotive industry
• Foundational knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards
• Familiarity with quality tools including FMEA, 8D, and statistical process control
• Willingness to travel between 20% and 40% depending on the project phase
• Fluency in English
